Individual trainings are high-quality program of specialized physical activity which means training with personal trainer, who pay full attention to client. This type of training enable trainer total precision to estimate tension of person who trains during every training.

Individual training consists of:
-test of physical abilities and mobility of client
-anthropometry's measurements
-program of nutrition
-conversation to understand completely profile of client
-re-test after a time to sum results and make some corrections, if it is needed
Individual trainings offer possibility to make extraordinary results, because trainer through interaction with practitioner permanently get new informations about effects training, wishes, corrections, efforts and motivation of person who trains.
