fitness program
Fitness program is specialty of fitness center “Tonus Prof.” Fitness program represents training in group which consists 5-6 practitioners. Trainer guides training from beginning till the end and individually train with every person. Training's intensity and choice of exercises of fitness program are adapted individually for every practitioner, which depends of her/his capabilities, desires, age, time of training, various limits etc.Fitness program consists of:
Condition (cardio) part: walking-running on assembly line, bicycle riding, steper with addition for hands, rowing, rope
Parter
-exercises to strengthen entire abdomen's wall
(upper, middle, lower, lateral)
-exercises to strengthen extensor muscle of spinal column;
to make stronger and preventive effect on this part of body
avert potential deformities of spinal column
-exercises to strengthen musculature of thighs
(conductors, gluteus, back part of thigh); usage of special accessories and devices makes a shaping and aesthetic
transformation of this part of body.

* Straining of whole musculature, especially of parts of body which were most involvement during the training, is very important and useful at the end of training.
* Stress is on cardio part, abdomen's wall and gluteus.
